National Veteran Small Business Coalition Boot Camp Training Program: Understanding and Negotiating Teaming Agreements

The National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) – DC Metro chapter will host their monthly Boot Camp and Dinner meeting on Wednesday, April 8th.

Partner Devon Hewitt will lead the Boot Camp Program entitled: “Understanding and Negotiating Teaming Agreements” which will review drafting and negotiating teaming agreements including:

• Understanding the prime’s or sub’s key obligations under a teaming agreement
• TA Provisions that protect a sub after the prime receives a contract award
• Workshare and enforceability of teaming agreements
• TA Provisions that should be included in subsequent subcontracts
