Protorae Law Partner Devon Hewitt will participate as a panelist in the Government Technology & Services Coalition (GTSC) Capacity Building Session on Thursday, May 18th discussing “Joint Ventures in Federal Government Contracting.”
Along with co-panelists Lisa Martin of LeapFrog Solutions and Brian Nault of Blue Water Federal Solutions, Inc., Hewitt will discuss how recent changes in the small business contracting rules by the Small Business Administration (SBA) have made it easier and more advantageous for small businesses to form joint ventures. Learn from a number of leaders within GTSC engaged in successful joint ventures, the professionals who create them, and practical do’s and don’ts for a successful partnership.
