Program Overview:
The Federal Government encourages collaboration between large and small businesses in the pursuit and performance of government contracts. While teaming, subcontracting, and mentor-protégé relationships provide competitive advantages, negotiating agreements between large and small businesses can involve significant ethical, legal, and business risks. This panel will review the regulatory framework for large and small business collaboration on federal contracts, highlight typical activities that create risk, and suggest approaches to mitigate those risks.
