Protorae Law member Alan Chvotkin was quoted in Law 360’s September 15, 2025, article by senior reporter Madeline Lyskawa covering the General Services Administration’s (GSA) recently published Fall 2025 semiannual regulatory agenda. Commenting on the changes since GSA last published its regulatory agenda, Chvotkin noted that some of the rules that were dropped from the GSA, or the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) agendas, “could be incorporated into the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) process.” Chvotkin also said that some of the rules dropped from the current GSA agenda “would probably have been helpful to the contractor community to understand (GSA’s actions).” The full article is available at Environmental Rules On Chopping Block For Gov’t Contractors – Law360 (paywall).
