Janna Wolff
Janna Wolff is a member of Protorae Law where her practice concentrates on real estate transactions; wills, trusts, and estate planning; and contract law and business formation. Janna believes that strong relationships drive progress and growth, while also providing security. She credits collaboration and commitment to common goals in achieving her client’s success. Janna’s objective is to serve as a partner to her clients, strategizing cohesive plans, committing those plans to writing, and seeing them through to effective implementation.
Prior to joining Protorae Law, Janna had a variety of work experiences that culminated in expertise in her three practice areas. She started off as a tax attorney but subsequently branched out to a general corporate law practice. From there, Janna spent significant time as a real estate and settlement attorney with two well-respected title companies in Maryland and Virginia. After regular exposure to estate law as it relates to real estate transactions, Janna then began actively working with clients on all-inclusive estate plans. Janna sees regular overlap in her practice areas. Real estate, estate and trust law, and corporate law often intersect with each other and her clients have appreciated her comprehensive approach to their issues and concerns.
Janna is both a Terp and a Mustang, having graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with her B.S. in Accounting and then the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University with her J.D. She also had the amazing opportunity to spend her final semester of law school in Tokyo at Temple University Japan.
Janna holds active law licenses in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is also a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, volunteering on the Standard Forms Committee and the Attorney Roundtable.
Janna is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use, Trusts and Estates, Business Transactions, and the Corporate & Business Entities practice teams.
