Member Devon Hewitt will present at the Pleasant Valley Business Solutions webinar on Thursday, December 14th to discuss bid protest strategies. With annual federal procurement budgets exceeding $400 billion, the number of contractors entering the government contracts market and the number of government contractors competing for federal dollars is still growing. However, while there is a reasonable expectation that an agency conducting a procurement will follow all applicable rules and regulations in doing so, that often is not the case. During this presentation Ms. Hewitt will discuss the issues companies should consider when contemplating a protest of a contract award, including:
