Protorae Law is pleased to announce that three attorneys were selected to the 2021 Virginia and Washington DC Super Lawyers listing: Brian Chandler, Devon Hewitt, and James Kinsel. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in each state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Brian Chandler leads the firm’s Employment Law practice and is chair of the firm’s Transactional Law practices. Brian focuses his practice on employment matters, resolving business disputes, breach of contract actions, and corporate control matters. He has represented business before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry.
Devon Hewitt heads the firm’s Government Contracts practice and represents emerging, small, mid-size and large government contractors located across the United States and abroad. She is best known as a bid protest attorney, having participated in well over 100 bid protests lodged at various federal agencies, including the Small Business Administration and the Government Accountability Office.
James Kinsel co-chairs the firm’s Business Litigation practice defending and presecuting hundred of business disputes involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation and other business tort claims in federal courts, as well as Virginia and Maryland state courts.
