Justine Sennott is a staff attorney in the Trusts and Estates practice at Protorae Law. Justine works with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that offer protection and peace of mind during life’s unexpected, as well as inevitable events. Justine has extensive estate administration experience in Fairfax and Arlington Counties, with decedent’s estates ranging in value from several million dollars to insolvency. These estate plans most often include Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Medical Directives. When client circumstances warrant, Justine incorporates Supplemental or Special Needs Trusts, Pet Trusts, and Special Powers of Attorney for Pet Care into an estate planning portfolio.
Prior to joining Protorae, Justine worked at Dominion Legal PLC and prior to that served as a Trust Officer for The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, Illinois. With experience in the Personal Financial Services and Estate Settlement Services groups, she ensured that clients were heard and their needs were met as she worked to meet expectations and fiduciary standards.
Justine earned an LL.M. in Taxation from DePaul University College of Law, a J.D. from Marquette University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Marquette University.
