Protorae Law PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Jerry William Boykin as Senior Counsel.
Boykin brings over 30 years of legal experience to Protorae’s Business Litigation and Business Transactions practice groups. His experience in complex litigation includes over 40 jury trials in areas such as antitrust issues, restaurant franchise matters, constitutional questions, energy-related litigation, trademark infringement, and business torts. In addition, Boykin represents clients in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters.

Boykin is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, New York, the Supreme Court of the United States, in addition to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, and District of Columbia Circuits, the U.S. Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Court for the Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern Districts of New York. In 2015, Boykin was inducted into the Virginia Trial Attorneys Hall of Fame. Boykin is also a Vietnam veteran having received the Bronze Star and Air Medal and is a retired Naval Reserve Officer.
