National Veteran Small Business Coalition Boot Camp: Everything You Need to Know About Bid Protests

Government Contracts partner Devon Hewitt will present at the upcoming National Veteran Small Business Coalition Boot Camp Training Program on Wednesday, March 9th to discuss “Everything You Need to Know About Bid Protests.”
This program will review:
- What is a Protest?
- What are the different types of Protests?
- Why file a Protest?
- How do I file a Protest?
Following the Boot Camp session, Ms. Hewitt will present during the monthly dinner meeting to discuss “Negotiating Teaming Agreements” which will include discussions on:
- Understanding a proposed prime’s or sub’s key obligations under a teaming agreement
- Negotiating key provisions such as work share
- Enforceability of teaming agreements
